Return and Refund Policy
As many of my customers may know, everything you buy on this website is custom to each idividual that is why items take a lot of time to make.
-Refunds are given if you are not happy with your items, a full refund is given when the item is returned back to this company (Contact info above) Customers then have 14days to return the item.
-If the item or package is damaged or not up to your satisfactory, let us know and we shall send a replacement (will need photos for evidence).
-If you are really not happy with the service or the items you receive, please do not hesitate to get in touch!

Just to make you aware i get a high amount of orders per week, i try to keep up with them as much as i can, just note your order may take up to 60days to process (being custom items) any small order or random selected orders will be processed a lot sooner!
If there are any fee's when retrieving your items/package from customs please get in touch also.
